To be able to access their own studies, they must be in possession of the requirements that, in accordance with current legislation, each study indicates as mandatory to take it, according to the following conditions:
In the studies of own master can access people with previous university degree. Documents issued abroad must be official, originals issued by the competent authorities, and must be legalized through diplomatic channels. All documents issued by the country's diplomatic or consular authorities must be legalized by the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs. For the legalization of the signatory countries of the Hague Convention, the requirements established above are replaced by the apostille set forth in the same document by the competent authority of the state from which the document is requested. The legalization of the documentation of the countries that make up the European Union is not required, provided there is no doubt about the authenticity and legitimacy or about its official character. The documents must be accompanied by the official translation into Spanish. The original documents can be submitted together with a photocopy and will be returned to interested persons once the authenticity procedure has been carried out. If the photocopies have been compared and legalized by the diplomatic or consular representation of Spain in the country of origin of the document, it is not necessary to present the original simultaneously.
Specialization courses can be accessed by both UdL students and others interested in their content, with or without prior qualification. Program coordination will always indicate the access requirements for each activity.
Pre-registration is done by filling in the form. When making the pre-registration you have to be careful about the program of each course, especially the requirements and dates.
For organizational reasons, some courses may not have a registration period, those interested must proceed directly to the formation of tuition and payment.
Pre-registered students will be admitted to the training activity as long as they meet the indicated requirements and there are vacancies.
The admission process corresponds to the direction of the Center for Continuing Education (CFC) and the coordination of the study itself under the conditions that have been established. When the number of pre-registered students exceeds the number of places offered, the coordination of the study will apply the selection criteria approved in the report and will make them public within the established deadlines and through the appropriate channels.
Additionally, the possibility of establishing a registration that allows a company or entity to pay the payments of one or more students, who will individually acquire the rights to acquire the degree taken, is foreseen. In these cases, the administrative documents corresponding to your name will be issued at the request of the company or institution.
Students with a place, or the entity, will receive an email with the payment instructions, the registration form, the account number for the bank transfer and the information regarding the documentation that needs to be provided.
Registration must be effective in the indicated terms: upon receipt of the email with the instructions, the pre-registered will have five business days to make the payment. Otherwise, the right of place will be lost.
The completed and signed registration form, together with the required documentation and the receipt of the deposit must be sent by mail to the address indicated. If any course does not reach the minimum enrollment, the ICE-CFC reserves the right to cancel it one week before the start. In this case the full amount of the tuition will be returned to the students.
